Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The roleYou will join a structured trainee programme and learn how recruitment works in a commercial environment, with close support from experienced consultants.
The role will include:
*Learning technology recruitment markets and client requirements
*Building professional relationships with candidates and clients
*Developing strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
*Supporting live assignments with senior consultants
*Progressing quickly based on performance and capability
This is a fast-paced role suited to people who respond well to targets and accountability.
