Your responsibilities will include:

*Winning new business and building hiring manager relationships
*Writing professional job adverts
*Managing interview processes
*Negotiating salaries and job offers
*Working towards clear revenue targets
You will be supported by experienced consultants and directors who have built successful desks themselves.
