Job Description:
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Lawyer to join our growing property team. You will manage a varied caseload of residential transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of client care and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and lenders.

Key Responsibilities*Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
*Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
*Preparing and reviewing contracts and title documentation
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
*Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements
*Meeting deadlines and progressing matters efficiently
*Supporting networking and business development activities
Requirements*Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
*Qualified Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer with a current practising certificate
*Ability to work independently with secretarial support
*Strong organisational and file management skills
*Excellent client care and attention to detail
*Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
*Interest in networking and developing client relationships
