You will manage a varied caseload covering civil and commercial disputes, family matters and contentious probate, providing clear, practical advice and working closely with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities*Managing your own caseload of litigation matters from instruction to completion
*Advising clients on civil and commercial disputes, family matters and contentious probate
*Drafting correspondence, pleadings and legal documents
*Conducting negotiations and representing clients where appropriate
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Supporting business development and networking activities
Requirements*Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in litigation, family and/or contentious probate
*Qualified Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer with a current practising certificate
*Ability to work independently with secretarial support
*Strong organisational and case management skills
*Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
*Interest in networking and contributing to client acquisition
