Your new company
Hays is partnering with a local council who are seeking an HR Advisor/ HR Officer to join their busy team based in Norwich on a temporary contract. This is an exciting time to join the business which is about to start a transformation process. This is a true HR Generalist position and you will be required to help with a variety of tasks, including some employee relations cases.
Your new role
*Lead Employee Relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management
*Support organisational change projects, including restructures and and policy development
*Assist with recruitment and onboarding
*Provide HR data and insights
What you’ll need to succeed
*At least 2 years HR experience including employee relations experience
*Ideally, CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards this
*Hard-working and highly organised
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Located within commutable distance of Norwich
