Cluster Revenue Manager
Hybrid – London (3 days office / 2 days remote)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to join a dynamic and growing international hospitality group.
This strategic role is responsible for driving the commercial performance of a portfolio of properties across key European markets. The position requires strong analytical capability, market awareness and close cross-functional collaboration to maximise occupancy, revenue and profitability.
The RoleRevenue & Pricing Strategy
*Develop and execute tailored revenue strategies aligned to each property’s demand profile and guest segmentation
*Optimise pricing across all room types and distribution channels using dynamic, data-led approaches
*Monitor booking pace, demand trends and local market activity to proactively manage rates
Forecasting & Performance Analysis
*Deliver accurate monthly demand forecasts
*Monitor key KPIs including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and market share
*Provide detailed reporting and actionable insight to senior stakeholders
Channel & Inventory Management
*Oversee distribution strategy across OTAs, metasearch and direct channels
*Collaborate with distribution and inventory teams to optimise channel mix
Collaboration
*Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to drive demand initiatives
*Contribute to annual budgeting and reforecast processes
About You*Minimum 3 years’ revenue management experience within hospitality
*Strong understanding of urban market demand drivers
*Confident using revenue systems and RMS tools
*Advanced Excel and analytical capability
*Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable influencing stakeholders
*Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members would be advantageous
