Job Description:
Electro-Mechanical Assembly TechnicianAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team supporting advanced technology applications across medical, semiconductor, scientific, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities * Build electro-mechanical sub-assemblies, printed circuit boards, and complete products
* Read and interpret bills of materials (BOMs) and technical drawings
* Perform cleaning and packing of products using COSHH-controlled substances (PPE provided)
* Raise non-conformance reports, rework documentation, stores requisitions, and build documentation updates as required
* Follow static handling precautions and workmanship standards
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safe working practices
* Adhere to Quality Management (ISO9001), Environmental Management (ISO14001), and Health & Safety systems
* Work collaboratively to achieve team objectives
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
Skills & Experience * Previous electro-mechanical assembly experience
* Soldering experience
* Understanding of mechanical assembly processes and procedures
* Knowledge of high voltage considerations (advantageous)
* Appreciation of modern manufacturing techniques
* IPC certification (desirable)
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
