Job Description:
Oracle Payroll Technical Consultant - M&A Programme
Duration: 3-6 months
Day Rate: £800 Inside IR35
Location: Warwick / Stevenage
We’re seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant to support the migration of c.150 employees into a payroll system, with a July go-live deadline.
Key Responsibilities:
*Implement payroll build based on pre-scoped design
*Manage data extraction, HDL loads and reconciliation
*Configure payroll elements, balances and Fast Formulas
*Run payroll comparison testing and parallel runs
*Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies
*Work independently while collaborating with Architect & Product Owner
Required Experience:
*Strong Oracle Cloud Payroll experience
*Proven payroll migration / parallel run experience
*Hands-on HCM Extracts & HDL
*Ability to troubleshoot payroll calculations
*Confident working autonomously in a large organisation
*Oracle Cloud Payroll certification and multi-country experience are advantageous*
