Sales Executive – Fine Wine & Spirits Boutique
Knightsbridge, London
£31,000–£33,000 + KPI-Based Bonus
40 Hours per Week
The Opportunity
As Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an elevated, personalised customer experience while driving sales performance.
Key responsibilities include:
*Providing expert product knowledge and tailored recommendations
*Building rapport with high-net-worth and discerning customers
*Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and boutique standards
*Processing transactions accurately and professionally
*Supporting stock management and inventory control
*Assisting with exclusive tastings, events and promotional initiatives
*Staying informed on industry trends and new product releases
You will work closely with senior store leadership to uphold the boutique’s premium reputation.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have:
*Previous experience in luxury retail or premium hospitality
*Strong knowledge of fine wine, whisky and spirits
*WSET Level 2+ (Wine and/or Spirits) highly desirable
*A confident, polished and personable approach
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
*Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Experience within a luxury hotel bar, high-end hospitality venue, or as a Sommelier would be particularly advantageous.
Package
*£31K–£33K base salary
*KPI-based bonus structure
*40-hour contract
*Exposure to high-value, collectable and investment-grade spirits
*Excellent career development potential
Store trading hours (subject to change):
Mon–Wed: 11am–8pm
Thu–Sat: 11am–9pm
Sun: 11am–6pm
