Tradewind Education is seeking dedicated, skilled tutors with proven experience to deliver high-quality, personalised tuition to young people who benefit from structured support outside the mainstream classroom.
If you’ve previously worked as a tutor-whether online, in-person, privately or through an agency-this is an opportunity to take your expertise further and make a meaningful difference to learners who need tailored guidance to thrive.
What You’ll Do
*Provide targeted 1:1 or small-group tuition in your specialist subjects

*Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons that respond to each learner’s needs

*Support students who may have gaps in knowledge or disrupted education

*Track progress and provide clear, constructive feedback

*Work flexibly, with a mixture of online and local in-person tuition

We’re Looking For Tutors Who Have:
*Previous or current tutoring experience (any setting welcome)

*Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths, Science or other curriculum areas

*A calm, supportive and adaptable teaching style

*Confidence working independently and tailoring sessions to different abilities

*Excellent communication and organisation skills
