IFA Administrator
Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
Salary: £27,000 – £35,000
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a IFA Administrator to join a growing financial services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with IFA or provider experience who enjoys a fast-paced, varied role and wants to be part of a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Processing new business across investments, pensions and protection
*Managing cases through to completion and maintaining accurate pipelines
*Booking client review meetings
*Raising invoices and handling new business queries
*Supporting advisers, clients and providers
*Ensuring work is completed accurately and within service levels
About You:
*Previous experience within financial services, IFA or a provider
*Strong administration and organisational skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator with a professional approach
*Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
*Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
