Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive

What will you do?
*This is a broad private client role to include:
*Drafting tax and succession advice, trusts, wills and LPAs
*Probate & estate administration
*Give advice to individuals, entrepreneurs, land owners, farmers & the independently wealthy (& their advisors)
*Often advise multiple generations of families
*Provide succession advice for those with businesses, including tax advice where appropriate
*Be on hand to mentor and supervise more junior lawyers in the team
*Those with specialisms they want to continue will be welcomed
What will you need?
*At least 5 years’ experience as a solicitor or legal executive
*Private client experience
*Ideally some exposure to high-net-worth clients (not essential)
*Ideally some managerial experience
*Candidates from smaller law firms WILL be considered
