Job Description:
Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work within a PRU in Tower Hamlets.
The Role:*Deliver 6-7 History lessons per week under teacher guidance.
*Provide ad hoc English cover where required.
*Support teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4.
*Assist with assessment and support students with Exam Access Arrangements.
*Work closely with teaching staff and SENCO to support EHCP and SEN students.
The Ideal Candidate:*Holds HLTA status or equivalent experience.
*Has previous experience in alternative provision, PRU or SEN settings.
*Is confident leading small groups and whole classes.
*Has understanding of exam access arrangements.
*Demonstrates excellent behaviour management skills.
