Collections Agent –Location: Warwick (Hybrid)
Type: Permanent | Full-time
We’re working with a well-established national organisation seeking a Collections Agent to join a high-performing customer finance team.
This is a people-focused collections role where success comes from balancing commercial outcomes with positive customer experiences. You’ll manage your own portfolio of accounts, working directly with customers to resolve overdue balances while maintaining strong relationships and delivering fair, practical solutions.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, external recovery partners, and legal stakeholders — playing a key role in protecting revenue while supporting customers through payment challenges.
What We’re Looking For *Experience in customer service, conflict resolution or telesales type roles.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Resilient, organised and comfortable working to targets/KPIs
*A collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
*Experience with systems such as SAP or Salesforce is advantageous
