We are building our team at a modern Rugby facility at our client and are looking for a Warehouse Operative to support our high-performing records management operation.
Location: Rugby
Pay rate: £12.21
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off – Days or Nights

What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Operative: *Process, organise & retrieve physical/digital records
*Operate & monitor robotics
*Keep inventory accurate
*Complete simple data entry
*Carry out quality checks
*Follow all H&S rules
What we are looking for in a Warehouse Operative:
*Experience in records management/warehousing (preferred)
*Confident using automated systems
*Strong attention to detail
*Able to lift/move boxes
*Good communication skills
*Team player who can also work independently
