Job Description:
Role: Business Analyst
Day Rate: £450 - 600 p/d (Outside IR35)
Location: London twice weekly
Clearance required: ACTIVE SC clearance & NPPV2/3 (or eligible for NPPV2)
Duration: 6 month initial Work Package with scope for extension (2 year programme)
Start date: April

Role Responsibilities*Lead requirements gathering, process analysis and documentation across people, process and technology change.
*Work with senior policing stakeholders and operational teams to understand challenges and define future solutions.
*Support the design of new operating models, improved ways of working and digitally enabled services.
*Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and analysis activities in a sensitive, highly scrutinised setting.
*Collaborate with multidisciplinary delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical, aligned and strategically sound.
What We’re Looking For*Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large transformation or organisational change programme - ideally within a Justice or Policing environment.
*Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ideally in public-sector, justice or policing environments.
*Ability to work with ambiguity, navigate cultural change and translate complex problems into clear insights.
*Confident in process mapping, requirements definition and analytical documentation.
Security Clearance*Minimum: SC Clearance (essential)
*NPPV2 highly desirable - sponsorship available for suitable candidates
