Role: Business Change Consultant (Junior - Manager)
Day Rate: £450 - £650pd Outside IR35
Location: Central London twice weekly
Clearance required: ACTIVE SC clearance & NPPV2/3 (NPPV2 sponsorship available)
Duration:6 month Work Package (2 year programme)
Start date: April
We’re hiring experienced Business Change professionals to support a major policing-sector transformation programme, delivering cultural, behavioural and operational change via a consultancy in a high-profile, complex environment.
Key Responsibilities*Lead change planning, impact assessments and stakeholder engagement.
*Develop communications, training and adoption plans.
*Support cultural change and embed new ways of working.
*Drive readiness and ensure successful implementation across workstreams.
What You’ll Bring*Proven experience in business change within large transformation programmes - Justice or Policing environments is advantageous
*Strong stakeholder engagement skills within a public-sector or policing environment.
*A fresh outlook and pro-activity to deliver innovative solutions
Clearance*Minimum: SC Clearance (essential)
*NPPV2 desirable - sponsorship available
