Commercial Collector – Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Maidstone (Office Based)
Salary: £28,000 basic | £45,000 OTE
Hours: 9am–5pm (with discretionary flexibility)
Breaks: 10-minute morning & afternoon breaks
Job Purpose
*Maximise cash collections through inbound and proactive outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
*Negotiate early repayment of international and domestic debts
*Update debtor management systems accurately
*Recommend next steps to clients after failed collection attempts
*Escalate disputes to Client Services swiftly
*Maintain accurate records and workflows
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone with:
*A proven background in commercial credit control or B2B collections
*OR sales/customer service experience and a desire to move into collections
*Confidence on the phone and working to financial targets
