We seek a capable, responsible & versatile individual to join our elite multi-disciplinary team on site in central London. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with Founder-Directors and the expert teams, whilst hands-on managing the business administration in the dynamic operations of SME businesses offering valuable cross-sector perspectives and growth prospects.
The ideal candidate will have a structured, methodical approach, working closely with Directors and team to bring synergies, efficiencies & precision across the group. They will be self-motivated, versatile and proactive; able to manage priorities, schedule workloads & coordinate clients, suppliers & time to meet competing deadlines & quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts administration – invoicing, accounts payable & reconciliation, bookkeep coordination.
Client service-liaison – front end client-customer service, license administrate, database manage.
Administrative support – HR & team resourcing, diary & project manage, Directors support.
Financial reporting – sales report & analysis, budget control & forecasting, project P&L monitor.
Business development & marketing support – e-comms/web-listing upkeep & events coordinate.
Required Experience:
Knowledge & hands-on experience in accounts/bookkeeping.
Accuracy, numeracy, analytical & organisation skills critical.
Client-facing & customer-service provision experience.
Digital-web/IT-technology savvy.
Basic knowledge/experience in HR.
5 years’ experience in a related field with proven track record.
Desirable Skills:
Effective communicator with good inter-personal skills.
French fluency (spoken & written).
Sales-marketing & business development experience.
