You’ll handle a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, with the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
What you’ll be doing
*Residential Conveyancer to own caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions
*Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
*Building relationships with clients, agents and introducers
*Delivering a proactive, solutions-focused service
*Contributing to the continued growth of the department
What we’re looking for
*Experienced Residential Conveyancer/Licensed Conveyancer/Solicitor/Legal Executive
*Confident running files independently
*Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
*Excellent communication skills
*Commercial awareness and a client-first mindset
