Senior Employment Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a highly regarded and well-established employment practice based in London. This is a claimant focused role.
This role would suit a lawyer with strong technical expertise across employment law, particularly in equality and discrimination matters, and hands-on experience representing clients in employment tribunals.
The successful candidate will be confident managing client relationships, leading complex negotiations, and advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Key areas of experience should include redundancy and restructuring exercises, employment terminations, and TUPE transfers. You will be advising clients on discrimination issues, redundancy processes, and employment contracts, including drafting and reviewing documentation. The role also involves managing your own caseload, supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of their matters, and delivering high-quality, commercially focused legal advice. There will also be scope to supervise and mentor junior team members.
The Opportunity Offers:
*Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)
*35-hour working week, Monday to Friday
*25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
*Option to buy or sell up to 5 days’ annual leave
