Security Officer

We are currently seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working weekends and bank holidays. This role is perfect for someone looking to earn extra cash while ensuring the safety and security of our premises. The Security Officer will be based at the front-of-house, focusing on maintaining a secure environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Stationed primarily at the reception desk or front-of-house area.
*Responsible for maintaining a secure environment for all visitors and staff.
*Conduct regular patrols of the estate every 1-2 hours to ensure the safety and security of the property.
*Report any security breaches or incidents and coordinate with law enforcement if necessary.
*Manage access control for visitors and staff, ensuring that only authorised personnel enter the premises.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Must hold a valid Door Supervisor SIA Licence.
*Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role.
*Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to act with integrity and professionalism at all times.
*Capable of following complex instructions.
*Physical fitness to perform regular patrols and handle potential emergencies.
