Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm - 6:00am
Hours: 46 hours per week
Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance - must complete full 46 hours to qualify)

About the Role
They are looking for a reliable Factory Labourer to join a busy joinery manufacturing team on a night shift for a 2-3 month period. This is a hands-on role supporting production across the shop floor, including loading and unloading materials, assisting with finishing, and carrying out general labouring duties.
The role is physically demanding, so candidates must be comfortable with heavy lifting and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Load and unload machinery and materials safely and efficiently
*Assist with finishing processes for joinery products
*Carry out general shop floor labouring duties to support production
*Maintain a clean and safe working environment
*Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
*Work closely with colleagues to ensure production targets are met
About You
*Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting
*Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
*Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or joinery environment is desirable but not essential
*Able to work 12-hour night shifts, Monday to Thursday
*Team player with a practical, hands-on approach
