Tradewind Recruitment are suporting a lovely Primary School in Havering to secure a compassionate, committed and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant.
As a thriving three-form entry primary school, they pride themselves on nurturing every child to achieve their full potential in a caring, inclusive and inspirational environment. They are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to thrive both academically and socially.
Pay rates of between £90 - £105 PAYE ( AWR after 12 weeks) are being offered.

The Role:*Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
*Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to implement tailored support plans
*Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs
*Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
*Support children with EHCPs and a range of additional needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs)
Who should apply:
*An experienced Teaching Assistant or graduate looking to work in Primary Schools
*An Enhanced Child Only DBS and/or Overseas Police checks
*A CV that covers your employment and education history since you finished formal education and any employment breaks must be explained
*Legal Right to work in the UK
