How you will do it
As a Lead Design Engineer, you will:
*Design and deliver advanced CCTV and Access Control systems, including new builds and system upgrades.
*Support sales teams with technical input, conduct site surveys, and participate in system acceptance testing.
*Produce detailed schematics, parts lists, specifications, schedules, and wiring/equipment layouts.
*Perform technical calculations (e.g., network bandwidth, power, heat dissipation) and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
*Collaborate with commissioning engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system setup—whether remotely, in-office, or on-site.
What we look for
*Proven experience in the Security industry, specifically with CCTV systems and Access Control.
*Strong knowledge of: *IP and analogue CCTV components
*Access Control systems
*IP networking, copper, fibre, and wireless communications
*PC server/client architecture

*Familiarity with leading VMS and ACS platforms such as C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec, and Synergy.
*Bonus: Experience with Intruder, BMS systems, and legacy protocols (RS232, RS485).
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
*A flexible, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage multiple projects.
