About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Processing Coordinator to join our team in Norwich.
This is a customer-facing, office-based role involving handling inbound calls, providing product information, and accurately processing customer purchase orders.
The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to retain product information, and consistent attendance to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities*Handling inbound customer calls in a professional and confident manner
*Providing accurate product information and guidance
*Processing customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently
*Ensuring correct product codes, quantities and delivery details
*Supporting the wider team to maintain operational efficiency
