It’s looking to add a Senior Investment Manager to source and lead transactions, and work on portfolio value creation.
What the job involves
*Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
*Assist the Partners and Directors across a number of private equity vehicles
*Opportunity to be involved with all of the investment products across the group, and assist in fundraising when required by management
Who we are looking for *Experience in lower mid-market private equity or growth capital as an investor or advisor
*Experience of sourcing and transacting in the UK is essential
*Ability to lead deals without supervision
*Strong technical ability and excellent attention to detail
*Top academics from a leading academic institution
*Excellent written and communicated English, allowing you to write, present, and articulate flawlessly
