Description
*Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
*Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
*Identify and attract high-quality candidates using various sourcing methods.
*Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and candidates.
*Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
*Provide market insights and advice to clients and candidates within the business services industry.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies. As this Senior Recruitment Consultant for Michael Page your responsibilities will include:
*Identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business.
*You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery.
*Additionally, you will manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
*Your goal is to build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise your commercial performance.
*Very relationship driven, with candidates and clients.
*There is no such thing as a cold call, as the client base is already very warm and we work closely with on a monthly basis.
Profile
A successful Senior Recruitment Consultant should have:
*Previous experience in recruitment
*Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*The ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
*A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*Knowledge of the Bristol market or a willingness to learn quickly.
*A proactive and results-driven approach to work.
