Legal Assistant
Walsall
Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)

An established legal practice in Walsall is looking to recruit a Legal Secretarial Assistant to provide dedicated administrative and secretarial support to the firm’s lawyers. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, professional and comfortable working in a busy legal environment where attention to detail and efficiency are key.

You will play an important role in helping lawyers manage their workload, maintain accurate documentation and ensure clients receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities *Providing administrative and secretarial support to lawyers
*Managing diaries, appointments and meeting arrangements
*Updating and maintaining files using the firm’s case management system
*Preparing legal documents, correspondence and reports
*Handling incoming calls and assisting with client enquiries
*Opening, organising and maintaining client files and documentation
*Assisting with preparation of court documents and general office administration

Skills and Experience
*Previous experience in a legal secretarial or legal administrative role preferred
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Professional communication skills
*Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
*Confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems
