Job Description:
Our client, an asset management boutique with under £50bn AUM, is looking for an equity analyst to join their team in London. The team has a long-term investment horizon with a strong focus on fundamental analysis.
Responsibilities:
*Identify and research individual stocks across sectors and geographies for investment
*Maintain research on a number of stocks present in the portfolio
*Engagement with ESG factors regarding investment decisions
*Awareness of market developments to enrich understanding of the equities market
*Support with investment research, trade execution, and administration and operations on an ad hoc basis
Requirements:
*Previous experience in an equity research analyst role
*Strong understanding of fundamental analysis
*CFA qualified as preferable, or willingness to work towards CFA, and future study as well
