Technical Project Manager - Up to £75k + Bonus - Hybrid
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join a fast-paced technology team delivering critical IT initiatives. This is a hybrid role with a competitive salary up to £75,000 plus bonus, offering the chance to lead multiple projects that directly impact business operations. Please note: this role does not offer sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities: *Define, plan, and deliver multiple technical projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
*Manage cross-functional teams, including application, infrastructure, and third-party vendors, ensuring smooth project delivery.
*Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk/issue logs, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
*Coordinate all activities related to design, development, testing, and deployment of technology solutions.
*Produce clear reporting for stakeholders, tracking milestones, dependencies, and project performance.
*Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards throughout project lifecycle.
Skills & Experience: *Proven track record managing IT projects (£500k-£2M) in complex organisations.
*Experience across software development methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
*Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
*Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
*Experience delivering projects with onshore and offshore teams.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams).
