Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Birmingham
About the Role:
This is an opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to independently manage a varied caseload within a highly regarded and supportive team. You will take a proactive, commercially aware approach to case progression, collaborate closely with colleagues and play a key role in delivering excellent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
*Full accountability for running your own caseload
*Agree case strategy and tactics with senior leadership
*Identify cases ready for LOC, settlement, or service
*Ensure accurate and thorough time recording
*Oversee documentation and correspondence across the team
*Maintain strong commercial awareness in case management
Your Profile:
*NQ – 5 years PQE
*Recent experience managing a litigated caseload independently
*Strong drafting, negotiation and litigation skills
*Excellent organisational, time management and IT skills (Microsoft Office, Proclaim, Excel)
*High attention to detail and commercial awareness
*Confident mentoring junior colleagues
