Job Description:
We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our client’s team and play a key role in driving revenue growth while delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you’ll focus on generating and qualifying new leads, building strong relationships with potential customers, and creating opportunities for the wider sales team to convert, making a real impact on the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities for a Sales Executive:
*Building and maintaining strong virtual relationships with existing and prospective customers
*Understanding customer needs and matching the right products and solutions to help them grow their business
*Using effective phone-based sales techniques to profile customers, identify opportunities, and maximise margin
*Negotiating within agreed commercial parameters to increase sales and profitability
*Consistently meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets, showing resilience, motivation, and a proactive approach
*Striving for continuous improvement and delivering an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience dealing with customers in a retail, sales, or contact centre environment
*Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective, long-lasting relationships
*A positive, driven attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
*Transferable skills that support great customer service and sales performance
