Job Description:
This role has a main goal to drive new and innovative revenue generating projects, in order to support the business in facilitating enhanced and improved service offerings, whilst maintaining financial stability.
Client Details
You’d be joining a Private Education facility, so alongside the non-fee related projects, you’ll also have a hand in exploring new strategies for student recruitment, including overseas students.
Description
*Proactively identify and evaluate opportunities for new revenue generating projects.
*Conduct feasibility studies and business case analyses to select the most attractive and viable projects.
*Oversee the full lifecycle of new and existing business development projects, from inception and planning through to successful implementation and delivery.
*Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, financial performance, and capital expenditure to the senior leadership team and governing body.
*Support the development and implementation of the capital expenditure strategy, ensuring that the development of the site integrates with long-term strategic goals.
Profile
A successful Strategic Development & Commercial Growth Manager should have:
*A background in either Education OR relevant transferable experience within the broader Private Sector
*Solid Marketing experience within commercially focused roles
*Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans effectively.
*Excellent skills in identifying and capitalising on commercial opportunities.
*Experience in managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
*Any exposure to student recruitment and admissions would be beneficial but not essential
