A Wills & Probate Paralegal with a minimum of 1 years experience as a Wills & Probate Paralegal paralegal is sought for our highly regarded client close to Bromley.

**This is an office based role**

Wills & Probate Paralegal duties to include:

*Supporting the fee earners with wills and probate cases
*Experience of will drafting
*Drafting and preparing legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, tax submissions, and probate applications
*Deliver excellent client service across all matters
The Candidate:

*A paralegal with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Private Client, Wills and Probate department
*Have full UK rights to work and not require sponsorship
*Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills by email, by phone and face to face
*IT literacy will be a pre-requisite
*Is personable, pro-active and detail orientated
