I am pleased to be partnering with a highly regarded national law firm with a strong reputation in the health and social care sector. The firm is seeking a Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join its Healthcare Litigation team in Harrogate.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to develop their expertise in complex clinical negligence litigation within a collaborative and specialist environment.

The Role
You will manage your own caseload of claims pursued against NHS Trusts and/or General Practitioners, working on a broad range of complex defendant clinical negligence matters covering all aspects of medical practice.
There will also be opportunities to support Associates and Partners on high-value and sensitive claims.
Key Responsibilities
*Pre-action investigation of claims
*Litigation and costs management
*Interviewing clinicians and drafting witness statements
*Instructing and liaising with medical experts
*Managing multi-party litigation
*Engaging in ADR and mediation
*Preparing for and attending trials
