What You’ll Be Doing
From day one, you’ll gain real responsibility:
*Sourcing and interviewing candidates for education roles
*Matching talent with primary, secondary and SEND schools across Birmingham and the West Midlands
*Supporting experienced consultants in developing school partnerships
*Working towards clear targets with uncapped commission
As you develop, you’ll manage your own schools, negotiate contracts and earn commission on every placement you make.
