Due to a sustained increase in workload, we are seeking an experienced Approved Electrician to join our well-established General Works team based in Cambridge.

Our projects span Cambridgeshire and neighbouring counties, supporting a strong base of repeat business.

Reporting directly to the General Works & Maintenance Manager, you will:
*Carry out installation, servicing, and repair of a wide range of electrical systems
*Modify, fault-find and install electrical systems within commercial and industrial environments
*Test and inspect electrical installations, including completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
*Liaise directly with clients, representing the business in a professional and proactive manner
*Work independently using your own initiative while maintaining high standards of workmanship
We are looking for a qualified electrician with:
*A minimum of 5 years’ experience post-apprenticeship
*Strong commercial and industrial experience
*Sound knowledge of current Health & Safety requirements
*Good understanding of BS7671 and relevant Building Regulations
*The ability to work unsupervised and manage workload effectively
*JIB Rates
