Head Office - London but role is full remote
My client is a global recruitment company and are looking for a Finance/Data Analyst to join the team.
Reporting into the Head of FP&A
Duties Include:
*Assist with centralising reporting across sales, marketing and finance into a single function
*Working with IT to extract and analyse data from two core data sources – CRM and HubSpot
*Assist with analysis and reports of the student confirmations process, tracking conversion and progression
*Assist with the data requirements and production of detailed analysis of performance by university, student, and by channel
*Working with Marketing & Sales to drive performance metrics
*Support the ongoing enhancement of Power BI reports and dashboards with the BI team in India
Requirements:
*Strong analytical mindset and working with large datasets
*Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data modelling
*Experience extracting and working with data from CRM systems
