The firm has been established for over 100 years and due its extensive client base, you will have the opportunity to work on highly desirable commercial property/real estate matters (commercial property experience is not required for this role).

- Freehold and leasehold
- Sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
As mentioned above you will have the opportunity to work on commercial files, including acquisitions, disposals and leases.
The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive will have:
- 1+ PQE in residential conveyancing in a UK law firm
- Good academics
