Job Description:
We are looking for an Interim Contracts Manager to join a large company serving customers across the world.
Client Details
This company provides a wide range of products and services to their customers.
Description
*Draft and negotiate a variety of contracts and documents, including Master Services Agreements, Framework Agreements, Services Agreement, SaaS Agreements
*Work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
*Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and company policies
*Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders regarding contract terms and conditions
*Collaborate with various departments to ensure contract requirements are met
*Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts
*Maintain accurate records and manage contract documentation efficiently
*Support the legal department in any other ad-hoc duties as required
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
Profile
The successful candidate for the Interim Contracts Manager should have to following skills and experience:
*Previous experience of working in a similar role managing commercial contracts
*Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
*Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively
*Excellent communication skills
*Experience of working in a global organisation would be an advantage
Job Offer
This is an Interim position for around 3-6 months but could go on for longer.
Hybrid working- minimum 2 days in the office.
Parking available on site.
