Description
As a Family Childcare Solicitor your duties will include:
*Provide expert legal advice and representation in matters related to family and childcare law.
*Manage legal documents, including court applications and statements.
*Conduct legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in relevant legislation.
*Represent clients in court proceedings and liaise with other professionals.
*Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
*Offer guidance to clients on procedures and their rights.
*Maintain accurate and organised client records and case files.
Profile
A successful Family Childcare Solicitor should ideally have at least 2PQE working in childcare work. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
