Description
*Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all relevant regulations.
*Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
*Partner with the Accounting & Finance team to support aligned operations.
*Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers and vendors.
*Analyse payroll data and deliver insights to support informed decision-making.
*Ensure timely and accurate processing of all payroll payments and deductions.
*Support audit activities and fulfil internal and external reporting requirements.
Profile
A successful VP Payroll should have:
*Extensive knowledge of payroll systems and UK payroll legislation.
*Experience managing international payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions.
*Proven background operating within a highly regulated industry.
*Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
*Demonstrated leadership and team-management capability.
*Solid understanding of Accounting & Finance processes.
*A professional payroll qualification or related accreditation (desirable).
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £75,000 to £90,000 per annum.
