HR Talent Manager
Location: Hampshire
Salary: £43,000 – £48,000
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced HR Talent Manager to manage the full employee lifecycle and drive talent strategy in a growing financial services organisation. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent while supporting engagement and organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead recruitment and manage relationships with hiring managers and external recruiters
*Oversee onboarding and induction programmes
*Conduct exit interviews and support retention initiatives
*Support succession planning, career development, and internal mobility
*Manage performance processes, appraisals, and calibration
*Drive learning, leadership development, and employee engagement projects
*Coordinate internal communications and HR activity linked to organisational change
Requirements
*Experience in generalist HR or talent-focused roles
*Strong recruitment, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
*Excellent organisation, communication, and analytical ability
*Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
*CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) desirable
*Experience in financial or professional services is a plus
