Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our clients forward thinking and highly successful Estate Agency in the Blackburn area. Our clients are seeking a Branch Manager with good leadership skills, who can list successfully to the market.
Working hours:
*Monday – Friday
*Alternate Saturdays with lieu day provided
Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager:
*A basic salary up to £30,000
*Individual and Team Commission with on target earnings of £45,000
*Business Mileage paid
*Ongoing Training and Support
To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have the following:
*Strong leadership skills
*Excellent knowledge of Estate Agency
*Strong listing experience and track record.
*Full UK driving license and access to own car
*Willingness to support and grow the team while assisting them to hit / exceed targets
*Excellent communication skills; interpersonal, written and verbal
*Passion for property
*Local area knowledge would be helpful
As a Branch Manager, your role will involve:
*Conducting Team Morning meetings
*Attending Valuations
*Gaining Instructions
*Overseeing Branch
*Setting team targets
