About the Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Branch Manager to take on a leadership role within a high-performing residential sales environment. As a Senior Branch Manager, you will be offered:
*Basic Salary: £31,000 per annum
*On-Target Earnings: £60,000 – £65,000 (inclusive of commission)

As a Senior Branch Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
*Lead and manage daily branch operations to achieve financial and performance targets
*Drive business development activity to increase market share and profitability
*Conduct market appraisals and secure new property listings
*Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
*Monitor local market trends and position the branch as a trusted local expert
*Recruit, mentor, and develop team members through regular meetings and coaching
*Implement effective strategies to match available properties with prospective buyers
*Maintain compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
To be considered for the Senior Branch Manager role, you must have:
