About the OpportunityAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations.

You will play a key role in overseeing the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, while maintaining stock accuracy and driving strong team performance.
Key Responsibilities*Oversee all goods-in and goods-out activities
*Ensure accurate stock control, recording, and reporting
*Plan and coordinate daily receipts and dispatch schedules
*Support and provide cover for the Warehouse Manager when required
*Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping
*Complete all operational documentation accurately and on time
*Report accidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions where necessary
Candidate Requirements*Proven experience within warehouse operations
*Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
*Good understanding of stock control processes and reporting systems
*Solid knowledge of Health & Safety practices
*Confident communicator with the ability to lead and motivate a team
*Counterbalance or Reach FLT licence (desirable)
