This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking Architectural practice who offer multidisciplined services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Junior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Hoddesdon.

Duties for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist include:
*Assist on the delivery of residential projects
*Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
*Attend site visits and carry out surveys to ensure high quality and compliance
*Produce technical drawings and specifications
Skills and experience for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist include:
*Degree within Architectural Technology
*Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
*Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
*Experience working on projects within the residential sector
*Working knowledge of UK building regulations
*Strong technical and design skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Live within a commutable distance to the Hertfordshire area
