Your New RoleAs a Bathroom Designer, you will be responsible for producing accurate, detailed and visually appealing bathroom designs to support a wide range of customer projects. You will use CAD or design software to create layouts, elevations and 3D visualisations while ensuring all specifications meet client requirements and project standards.Working within a busy and collaborative design team, you will adopt a flexible and proactive approach, delivering high-quality work to strict deadlines while maintaining excellent communication with customers throughout the design process.Key Responsibilities
*Designing functional and aesthetically pleasing bathroom layouts for residential and commercial clients
*Liaising with customers to understand their needs, preferences and design requirements
*Preparing, updating and revising bathroom CAD drawings and visualisations
*Using internal design or data-entry software to generate quotations, proposals and production documentation
*Managing multiple design projects simultaneously from concept through to final specification
*Providing product knowledge, design advice and technical support to customers and colleagues
*Responding promptly and professionally to customer queries in line with Customer Service Standards

What You’ll Need to Succeed
*Strong accuracy, attention to detail and design awareness
*Experience using AutoCAD, 2D CAD or bathroom/kitchen design software (e.g. Virtual Worlds, Compusoft, SketchUp - desirable but not essential)
*Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
*A methodical, organised and structured approach to tasks
*Excellent communication skills, including a confident telephone manner
*Ability to create professional and grammatically correct written correspondence
*Positive, solution-focused attitude with a genuine passion for design and customer service
