Customer Service Advisor – Local Authority (Wembley)
Wembley • £18.07 per hour • Full-time • Immediate Start
Temp until at least June – strong potential to extend
Join our busy Contact Centre and make a real difference to local residents every day! We’re recruiting multiple Customer Service Advisors who can provide excellent telephone support across a range of council services.
What you’ll do
* Respond to high-volume incoming calls with care and professionalism
* Support residents across Switchboard, Housing Repairs, Domestic Abuse, Housing Needs & more
* Update multiple IT systems quickly and accurately
* Keep the customer at the heart of everything you do
What we’re looking for
* Strong customer service experience (phone-based ideal)
* Clear, confident telephone manner
* Quick learner comfortable handling numerous IT systems
* Knowledge of Brent’s roads/areas is a bonus
* Available Mon–Fri, 8:50am–17:04pm (no part-time options)
* Able to attend 3 months full-time office training at the Civic Centre
* Must pass a standard DBS
